Column issue with the css I'm using

I downloaded a skin from this site, and it works pretty well. One problem though. The main page layout is different when I'm logged in vs when I'm logged out. See screen captures:

I want the columns to look like the way it is when I'm logged in. Don't want all that blank space I see when I'm logged out. Not sure where to go to fix that, though.
