integrate login in my site

Hey,
I 'm making a site with a Gallery and 2 other 'applications' that need a password (an eventcalendar and a guestbook), but as it is now, people should login 3 times (an even register 3 times).
I would like to know how I can put the login from Gallery 2 on my side bar (this way it looks nice and people stay logged in) and how I can use this same login with other non Gallery pages.

If you wanna use the same user/password for all applications and only want to login once, you'll have to use the GalleryEmbed class.
