if i browse to your g2, there's still beta 3 installed.
i see that in the readme and i see that in modules/core/module.inc

I re-upped the b4 files and still have the same issue

okay in trying to get back to b3 I am now receiving this error after clean install and importing mysql and g2data

Once you've gone forward you can't go back unless you backed up g2data, your database and config.php (and .htaccess if you use URL rewrite).

A clean install would involve no importing of a database or g2data. If you don't have a backup you'll more than likely have to start from scratch, delete the code base, config.php, g2data and the database and start all over.

I would probably start with B4 ;)
