Error (ERROR_PERMISSION_DENIED) : after NEW installation

I have installed the gallery 2 and the installer checked all "Succesfull" !!
After the installation i checked the album and i was badly surprised caused by the following error:

Error (ERROR_PERMISSION_DENIED) :

in main.php at line 97 (gallerystatus::error)
in main.php at line 46
in main.php at line 39

do you have any ideas how to fix that ?
