Hi all,

I would like to thank all the developers first. Gallery is a superb program.

I have a problem, I have tried to look everywhere on the configuration/site admin but I cant find any solution yet. I posted comment using an admin account. Browse my gallery using another computer and cant find the comments that I just posted. I refreshed the page using my original computer which logged in with an admin account and find the comment is there.

I tried another test. I submit a comment using the other computer without logging in. I can see it using the logged in computer but not with the computer which is not logged in.

Any help?

It appears guests do not have view comment permission on at least a few of your albums.

I added a test comment here, http://www.bruneiforever.com/Weddings/BrideAndGroom/ and see no comment.

I'd just your permissions to make sure the Everybody group has "view comment" permissions.

Maybe post a link to the photo or album you did post a comment to where it worked. I don't have a default install handy so I don't know what the default permissions are.

Thanks for helping.

I have posted a comment to http://www.bruneiforever.com/Landscapes/Sunset/IMG_0519_1.JPG.html

Where can I set view comment permission to everybody?

Thanks for helping.. I already found out how to add in the permission. I really wish that there is "global" option where I could enable view comments to all my albums. Now, I have to setup on each and every albums

If you want to change that for all items and albums, to to your main album, click on Edit Permission, start typing Everybody in the New Group Permission text box. In the drop-down select [comment] View comments, then click on Add Permission. By default Apply changes to sub-items is already checked, IMO it probably shouldn't be checked by default but it is...
