Configuring zipcart causes CGI Timeout error

I've searched quite a bit and haven't seen this issue:

I downloaded infozip and put it in a dir on my webserver with full permissions to iusr

When I go to configure the zipcart feature, I type in the full path and I hit Save Settings. It takes forever then times out.

Any ideas?
