I'm very new to gallery, but I seem to be managing alright. I would like to design my own template to use with my gallery but so far haven't had any luck :-? ... I have a local copy of the file i'm editing (theme.tpl).. but whenever I add any standard html nothing shows up... wich is the same for the rest of the files i've tried editing. Is there something I'm missing? I thought you could just add html to the theme files? |

you can't add anything within { here } but between the { } here { } blocks, you are allowed to put html.

Ok, I have been able to make my layout the way I want, but I have a few questions..
1) How can I edit the demensions of the sidebar? I need it a little bit wider...
2) Where do I edit the stuff like the lines that are around the sidebar
3) How can I put back slashes between the items in the breadcrumb nav?
ex. Main / Top Album / Child Album / Photo
4) How can I had "|"'s between the items in the item action list...
ex. Add Photo to Cart | Make Link | etc....
