Warning Message in Start Apache

Hi,

When I start the Apache, I find the following warning message :-

[warn] Loaded DSO d:\php-4.3.8-Win32\sapi\php4apache.dll uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)

Who know what is the problem and how to solve it ?

Is it need to regenerate the "php4apache.dll"? If so, how to do ?
