Block images/albums from Random Image block

Is there a way to block or to stop the random image block from displaying certain images or whole albums all together, I collect smileys and have over 200 of them on there, however I also have normal pictures and dont want my smileys showing in the Random Image block.

Whole albums, yes. Just click Edit Album, then click on the Album tab. Individual pictures. no.
