Directory and upgrade problems

I'm having two problems.

to

http://etherstage.com/modules/Gallery/

without losing any information.

I upgraded to 1.5 and the 'ecard' icon is just an 'x' with no image. The ecard itself works. I want to resolve this.

I'm trying to keep my old albums, but so far have not been very successful with that in the upgrade process- don't know what I'm doing wrong, but just want Gallery up and running properly with the proper integration with PHP-Nuke which is now in the root directory rather than having its own folder.

Can anyone help with with these problems, please??
