Any thoughts of integrating G2 with pmachine pro?

I know pmachine stopped development for their pmachine pro in exchange for their aggressive development of ExpressionEngine. But there are still tens of thousands of pmachine pro users out there. Anyone working on a way to integrate G2 into pmachine? I'd be interested in funding such a project since I am a huge pmachine fan.
