Big problem with block-random.php (standalone)

Hello girls and guys...

I've a big problem with the shipped block-random.php. I've installed gallery-1.5 with imagemagick support. Now I want to add a random picture to my blog which is a http://www.s9y.org/ (Serendipity) and which already has support for the block-random.php. But block-random.php only returns: "no photo chosen".
Also when I call block-.random.php as standalone directly in the browser, it also returns only "no photo chosen".

I have added some screenshots in gallery, which resides in the album gallery.

Perhaps someone can help me with this?
