OK hacker elite, here's a project. Get http://www.allthegoodness.com/projects/map/ this thing to work out of the box with gallery.

How cool would this be as a Gallery 2 module?

WHat this does is display a world map with dots everywhere you've taken a picture. Click a dot and see the image. Very slick, but not quite as pretty a map ashttp://www.photographymap.com/index.php this one.

Lot's of potential here...

This is amazing! has it been implemented as a plugin yet? Does it only do pictures as dots? or can it do galleries as dots? Because i've got over 15k pics into about 500 galleries, and would rather have 500 dots than 15k ;)
