Question about blocks

With these new blocks is there a way to modify some of the core blocks so that it is only applied to a particual theme? The reason I ask is because when people first try G2 they will more then likely try more then one theme before they pick one and if a theme modifies one of those blocks it might break all the other themes. |

there is a pending task to give themes the ability to override module tpls. if you find that task on sourceforge there is actually some code in there you can try out.. it isn't in cvs yet because we dont yet have a way to manage tpl compatibility (ie, if a theme has an override tpl but then the module gets upgraded and the module tpl totally changes..)
