DMT technology?

	Ok I hope there is someone here that can help me to understand why I get a letter from a Acacia media technologies corporation telling me that using gallery infringes on there pantent for posting videos on my site. I thought that gallery was offered under a GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE? Anyway they say that gallery uses a DMT technology that is theirs.. Can anyone tell me about this??

	http://www.acaciatechnologies.com/technology_dmt.htm I'm certainly not aware of Gallery using any such technology.. unless by allowing a webserver to send video files we are using "DMT technology" Did they tell you anything more specific?
