Upgrading from 1.2

	How can you safely upgrade to 1.3 if you're running phpnuke 5.3, mysql 3.23.41, tomcat.4.0 and apache 1.3? Is it safe to upgrade? If someone can please tell me the steps how, I would be very grateful. thanks!

	Upgrading is pretty straightforward. Don't forget to do step 2! The upgrade won't damage your data, and if you haven't modified any Gallery code it won't take more than a minute or two.
