pnmtojpg missing~

I get errors when doing jpgs as it tries to use the file pnmtojpg and there is no file by that name.

I have pnmtopng and thats the only pnmto file.

I have no idea why this is doing this. I had gallery installed once before and it worked fine but i removed it because i was having problems(I ported it through vBportal) but now that I've changed away from vBportal i decided to try it again.
