"ERROR_PERMISSION_DENIED" when editing photo

Hello,
I am running G2 Beta 4 (flippin sweet) and will upgrade it asap. But today I ran into an error when I clicked to edit photo on the left, then chose the modify photo tab I got the following error.

please first go to site admin -> maintenance and click delete db cache.

1. does it work now?

2. do you have the same problem for all from g1 imported items?

3. when you add a new g2 item (not from g1) and try to edit it, does it work?

Deleted the db cache, still doesn't work. I have tried it in a new album, on an imported image, and on a new image.

Another update... under the edit photo, all I can do is crop thumbnail. I can't get to:
Modify Photo
Photo
General
Watermark

I get similar error messages accessing each of them.

- so you tried imported images, new images and it didn't work for both of them? (you said you tried it, but didn't say if it worked)
- and what about albums? same problem there?
- please copy the system information from site admin -> maintenance, system information here
- please add a phpinfo link
- did you try it with other browsers too? please also try deleting the GALLERYSID cookie in your browser.
