Comments not migrating & full names showing in comments

Migrated about 3 times to G2 from 1.5! I'm loving G2 After all is transfered over into the new G2 I noticed that the user names for all the comments that had been left were my username. So every comment displays me as the commentor. The gallery is already migrated, is there any way that I can fix this and move only the comments from G1.5 to G2? Also, when users leave comments now their full name is displayed. How can I make only the username display? Thanks, keep up the amazing work! |

no, you can't only migrate comments to g2.
and g2 doesn't yet have a commenter name field. it uses the name of the logged in user as the commenter name. yep, that's a missing feature.

Hrm. The migration module does check to see if the user who left the comment is already a g2 user, and if so uses that. If not, it should use the guest user. I think. Sigh.
