posting code a pain

In the old forums we could paste code right from source. Now we have to convert the greater-than and less-than signs to show up properly in the forums.
Even with a simple table bit of code you have to convert.
This makes for helping a 2-3 step process and.... well.... you know.... gets on my nerves.
