Acess denied on the download page for the random photo block

I am trying to download the random photo block from this page: http://gallery.menalto.com/wiki/Add_Ons

When I click on the link for PhpNuke I get this page: http://gallery.menalto.com/node/add/story?edit[title]=In%20PHP-Nuke

Anyone know what it takes to get access to download that block?

odd.. that section seems to be the only bad links on that page.
