Hello! Have succesfully gone through all of the steps of gallery2 installation. When I get to the last step it says congratulations that wasn't so hard and when I try going to may gallery I get the gallery admin page, but it doesn't have any navigation and below is this error message:

I've checked those files and haven't been able to figure out whats wrong. Anyone able to make an educated guess from that error message?

looks like a file system permission issue. i don't think it will fix it, but please try http://yourgalleryurl/lib/support/ and delete the caches.
