using Wiki to aid in Translating Gallery software

OK, so it's been almost a year and I decided to look into translating again. So I picked up where I left off, with Romanian on Gallery Remote. As I was following the wiki howto for installing GR and it's translation tool (ResBundleEdit), I began thinking. Couldn't we use the wiki itself to aid in translating Gallery software? It would sure be a lot simpler for a lot of people and even someone who just happened to stumble along, to view/review/edit certain words and phrases, that's what wiki's all about.

I understand that there has been some issues with spam and vandalism and such. A few ways we can remedy this is to dedicating a few people to "watchlist" certain translations and even have a maintainer review translations so that swear words and such do not go under the radar.
