When I click to add a new topic, the screen appears and at the 'top' I see the submit new topic but I then must scroll down a very long way to actually see the fields to complete. Why are these fields at the top under the heading?Using Mac OS X Safari 1.2 (under 10.3.4 Panther)

Which screen resolution? I'm guessing it's a css/space issue.

What content is wasting space? I'm viewing in 1024x768 (moz/winxp) and from the top I see:
- gallery logo/header
- breadcrumb (home/create content)
- Submit forum topic
- Title: and text entry for title
- bbcode buttons (quote, b, i, link, image)
- Forum: and listbox for forum
- Body: and textarea for content.
On my screen without scrolling down I see about 10 lines of the body textarea.

The field for "title" is below the last right-hand "User Testimonial" by about 3 lines. It's all white space between (allowing for the header, breadcrumbs, Submit forum topic at the top and the right-hand text boxes "random", "raizel", "new forum topics", top forum topics, and the user testimonial).
