Hi Gallery people.

I can access /gallery/setup/index.php and /gallery/admin-page.php without trouble.
I have configured my gallery using the configuration wizard.
When I go to the front page of my gallery /gallery/albums.php I seee the gallery title and right below it I see "powered by gallery v1" I have no navigation, no place to login etc.

I'm staring at a "blue screen" :-)

Also, when I check netpbm from the admin-page.php and the option there to "check netpbm" I see Expected status: 0, but actually received status 127 for each binary.

Gallery URL: http://www.stillwood.ca/gallery/
Gallery version: Gallery version 1.5
Apache version: Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) FrontPage/5.0.2.2623 mod_perl/1.27 PHP/4.3.10 mod_throttle/3.1.2 mod_ssl/2.8.12 OpenSSL/0.9.6g
PHP version: PHP v4.3.10 is OK.
Graphics Toolkit: NetPBM
Operating system: Linux
Web browser/version: IE6.0 and Firefox 1.06

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciate as I'm not finding this particular deployment to be intuitive. THANKS!
Greg McKone.

OK, I've uploaded the binaries for netpbm provided at sourceforge for Linux i386 and they are all working fine. (Thanks to everyone else who did this before me for all the tips and explanations).

But I still have a mostly blank gallery. No login link no way to upload pictures or create albums etc.

Any takers?

That may be an incomplete upload. Have you tried re-transfering the gallery files over?

Because it is so clear, it takes a longer time to realize it.

Thank you.

That was absolutely correct.
I went back to the original install files I had decompressed and told my ftp client FileZilla to upload and skip existing files. There you have it a working Gallery.

Thanks Jordan for pointing me in the right direction.
Greg.
