Print services question

am I missing a setting for an already coded in feature or is this a feature that isnt really workable?:

I run a phpnuke site with embedded gallery, and wish to allow people who upload pictures to be able to get a "royalty" from anytime people print a picture using the print services. I know that such a thing is possibe (re: deviantart) but not sure if such a thing is possible using gallery and the print services in the config. I am fairly new to this all and having seen sooooo many people looking for a better alternative than deviantart (who exploits and uses their members as well as engaging in some rather questionable ownership practices with their users) and hope that gallery will be able to help me offer those people a viable alternative.

is such a thing possible with gallery?
