Set Nametags on pictures

Hello

Is there already a hack for gallery 1x or 2x which allows the users to set a nametag on their pics?
I am running a party website and I am publishing party pictures every weekend from different partys.
It would be a great enhancement if a registered user is recognizig him/her self on a picture that he/her can click on the picture
and set his/her nametag there and the other user can see who's that on the picture.
