Is anyone interested in working with me on developing a Costco print service module? Has anyone already started on this? I haven't seen it in the forums when I ran a couple searches.
are you in touch with this "costco" service? you'll need their cooperation, specs about their interface / how they accepts prints in an automated manner etc.

haven't heard of this before, but we'll gladly provide guidance on the G2 side. you have 2 examples to work from: photoaccess module which talks to an xml based service, and shutterfly which only accepts data POST'ed directly to its server.
Any more progress on this? My wife uses the Costco Photo Center all the time and I'd like to give her the option to print direct from the gallery to it...

If you are truely interested, make an RFE so that it gets into sfvote. You might also consider contacting Costco and pitching the idea. A weeks worth of time investment from a talented PHP programmer or a donation/short hire of some developer to do it could result in more PROFIT!!!! for them. Win / Win?
I'd wager costco would do better than many of the other print services, simply due to the fact that they are a HUGE name and people could walk into the store.
I'd love to see this too, as I use CostCo for my printing.
Has any progress been made on this?

Just for all you future posters... *if* there is progress on this (and really, on anything), there will be posts indicating that someone has started working on this feature, followed by posts describing their progress and perhaps even including file attachments. If you don't see this, there is and has been no progress.
I don't have any PHP skills, so I can't do anything myself, but I can add this info -- Costco's photo interface is just "Snapfish". So, if any work is being done w/ Snapfish by someone else, my guess is that it should be applicable to Costco.

For informational purposes, Costco is like Sam's Club. It is a bulk, low cost store that has everything

If no one is interested, it'll never happen though

Until someone who is interested in this *and* has the ability to do it, it won't be done.
