Can users create their homepage and upload pictures to it??

Hi,

I have a dating site and I'm looking for a script that will allow my users to create a homepage and upload pictures to it. Can gallery do this?? Is there a way to limit the number of pictures a user can upload??

limit the disk usage -> quota module. limit the nr of items: not yet available, you could file a feature request if you want. http://sf.net/projects/gallery/ -> RFE
user can upload to g2, yes.
