Gallery2 + Drupal - Random Image and Newest Album not Updating on Main Page

Everything is working great so far. Just a minor issue with the sidebar not updating on the main (www.alpine9.net) Drupal page (random image stays the same and the newest album does not update if a newer album is put up). Once the user clicks the gallery link from the main page (www.alpine9.net/gallery), the newest album shows correctly and the random image changes every page refresh.

Thoughts?

Thanks again for the great work on Gallery2 and also the enhanced gallery.module!

Also just noticed that the sidebar updates correctly if the user is logged in. The random image and newest album remain stale only on the main Drupal page if the user is not logged in?

I rechecked my sites and they do not exhibit this behaviour. I wondered about some strange browser caching, but it can't be that as I get the same picture on 2 different browser. I also wonder about Drupal caching, but my sites are cached and don't have this issue. You could try turning off the Drupal caching (Admin->Settings) and see if it helps. Otherwise, I'm stuck.
