Hi,

I uploaded 3 images to my new gallery2 cvs nightly build (from a few nights back) installation and everything appears fine. When I go to my album the thumnails are created and the photo loading animation appears but the photo fails to load.

Debug output

1: Swapping 0, and 0...

2: FAIL: Photo failed to load...

3:
[site address] main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=19&g2_serialNumber=1&g2_GALLERYSID=b91f496d6b08769816a56e737f8438c4

I found another forum topic with someone having a similar problem. This was solved by placing the ImageMagick above GD in the graphics toolkit priority list however this solution has not worked for me...

any assistance is much appriciated, many thanks
tom

loading animation?
are you using the pg theme?

please use the default = matrix theme, at least for the period of debugging.

FAQ: Thumbnails / resized images don't get generated properly, how can it be fixed?

@debug output:
is that javascript console output or where did you get this debug output from? that's not normal g2 debug information.

also, please post a phpinfo link and a link to your g2.

Sorry about that :) I was using the Ajaxian theme - the debug output came from that, I've now reverted to the matrix theme.

The FAQ didn't seem to have the solution.
The thumbnails are showing up okay but not the actual image.

http://compulsivethinker.com/flesh/gallery/ is the gallery install, designs rather screwy for now i apologise, don't try using IE it'll go miles off the page :) with firefox is viewable tho

theres a phpinfo file here: http://compulsivethinker.com/phpinfo.php

cheers

well, that's a drupal / short urls issue i guess.

disable short urls (disable the url rewrite module) and if you have problems, please ask the drupal / g2 experts.

moving the topic to the integrations forum.

okay, thanks for the help.

I disabled the url rewrite module but still no joy. I also tried disabling the drupal clean url function but again to no avail...

any more help from a "drupal / g2 expert" would be much, much appriciated, thanks
tom
