Unable to modify language

Hello! First, sorry for my english I have install G2 and I wish to traslate it to spanish (es_ES). I have download the language pack and unzip it into the G2 folder but, when I tried to change the language from English to Spanish, the language don't change and the site follow in English. If I change to other language (e.g. Deutsch), the new language looks OK. I have read the FAQ about Localization, but this FAQ not explain how to install languages packs, only how to development translations (or I don't understand Thanks! |

there are no language packs for g2. did you download a g1 language pack maybe?
g2 already includes all language packs. no need to download anything.
maybe the es_ES translation is just very incomplete. or es is not a system locale.
