counter problem

After resetting the counter for an album it will no longer work until I login then it starts counting again... anybody else experience this, if so what's the solution? |

That is by design. We only count it as a view the first time you view the album or item in a session. Even though you just reset it, you're still in a session where you've viewed the album so it won't go up until you get a new session.
