add AlbumId and AlbumDescription to static html

hi, i finally add a contact form to my site, but how do i read the albums descriptions in order to fill a combobox with all the albums names so user can choose?

take a look at my site: www.acarental.com, there is a BOOKING option, there you can write the villa you want more info about, but it will be a lot better if instead of a text field, is a combobox field with album names on it.
