Not Read Issue.

It seems that no one reads the support pages for "other applications" in there i posted a complete description of issues that I am having and was wondering if someone would be able to look into these issues with me. The link to my issue is here http://gallery.menalto.com/node/41077

If you feel that this issue should have been posted in Troubleshooting and Problems rather than Other Applications, please let me know and I will remove it and recreate it here, and/or if you wouldn't mind, move it over here for me. Unfortunately I am not receiving any answers to my questions and was wondering if it was possible that I’m in the wrong place.
