Add comments does not display the area you are commenting on?

Hi,

I have enabled for guests to post comments for individual images (controlled via theme) but find it an odd design when user clicks on add comment, it redurects to another page without the photo.

What I was expecting is some sort of a jscript would drop down the input fields below the 'Add comment' link so that way you know exactly what you are commenting on.

Is there any config possible to enable that?

no there's no option to change that behavior. and it's not that bad. after all, you browsed to an item, clicked add comment, so you should know what you're commenting on.
of course it would be nicer if you still saw the image when you're writing the comment.
there's a request for a add comment block which you could add right beneath a photo. you can vote for it on http://gallery.menalto.com/sfvote/all as soon as you've got voting rights.
