I have installed the latest build of gallery 2.0.2 using fantastico on my server running on linux.. Al seem ok I had no eror messages on install infact I got the following email from fantastico teling me I had where I had installed it..

An instance of Gallery was installed on http://sandboxeducation.co.uk Full installation path: /home/sandbox/public_html/vlog Public URL: http://sandboxeducation.co.uk/vlog/
Admin URL: http://sandboxeducation.co.uk/vlog/

BUT i don't know how or what to configure in gallery..

I then installed the bridging component for Joomla and got the following error level 3 message
DROP TABLE mos_gallery2

not sure what to do of which settings from the email are the settings for the component as I am a complete newbie..

I am mystified!

if g2 is working and joomla is working then you're almost there.

db table mos_gallery2 is part of the the joomla interation.
