Well i stuck with it and I now have gallery installed and the server configured for FFmPEG phew! I installed the gallery bridge and made the component a menu item.. here isthe link.. http://sandboxeducation.co.uk/index.php?option=com_gallery2&Itemid=104 Is it working? in the admin it says: the webmaster needs to lower the permissions to sync with gallery 2 but it seems to be picking up some of the information from G2 just not the test image as can be seen on this page.. http://www.sandboxeducation.co.uk/vlog/main.php I would like to see the images! I also want to find a way to edit the information from the frontend of the Joomla site i.e. remove "Date: 01/01/1970 Owner: sandbox Size: 1 item Gallery This is the main page of your Gallery and add photo to cart! Basically I just want to see a page of thumbnails of video images and to have different pages within joomla for different galleries is this possible? how can I change the theme??? |

disable the URL rewrite module in G2 (short urls). they aren't working for you.

the core.DownloadItem urls are wrong,

notice that there's public_html in there, it shouldn't
also, there's a space. all wrong.
=> your gallery2 config in joomla is wrong, wrong paths. don't ask me which are the correct paths.
