new install looked fine until i uploaded photos all i get is super small 5 pixel somthing for thumb & album

seemed like the up loaded pictures were duplicated in 6 small fragments ie: 5 pixels
in the album :
thumbnail 1 small 5 pixel image
seemed to upload fine till i veiwed pictures
everything very small even caption
