Resizing Thumbnails for PHPNuke 6

Though I've seen Joerg's numerous posts regarding his fix for versions of PostNuke, I'm having trouble applying them to PHPNuke. I'm still a bit green at PHP, I'm afraid.

If anyone could help me with a thumbnail-resizing fix for the "random photo" block for PHP-Nuke, I would really appreciate it. This is a great feature, and I would love to use it on my site, but at the moment the landscape photos are breaking my columns. I can't have the thumbnails wider than 124px.
