I am currently using 2.0 and need to update to 2.0.2 I downloaded the 2.0 to 2.0.2 zip file and extracted the files to my PC hard drive. If I understand the procedure, all I need to do is copy the files over to my web host in the same folders. I have made no changes to the core module,, the only changes I have made are in the theme,,, basic images. Any input would be great before I drop the bomb:) Also, I did backup everything.
Thanks,
Joe..........

are you sure you're running 2.0 and not a beta or rc?

if you're using the gallery 2.0 final version from september, then yes, just replace the few files.

Get system details; useful for copy/paste into G2 support forum.
Last Run Details:

Gallery version = 2.0 core 1.0.0
PHP version = 4.4.1 apache
Webserver = Apache
Database = mysql 4.1.14-standard-log
Toolkits = Exif, NetPBM, SquareThumb, Thumbnail, Gd
Operating system = Linux yorktown.networkredux.net 2.4.21-37.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Sep 7 13:28:55 EDT 2005 i686
Browser = Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)

This is 2.0 right? I am not sure what it would say if it was beta or rc?

I found out that fantastico in my cpanel will update the gallery so I did it. Now fantastico thinks I am on 2.0.2 but when I go to maintenance in teh gallery I am still on 2.0? I also have some permition problems that my web host needs to resolve.
