User Permission Question

I'm sure this has been hashed out many times before but its very difficult to search this site for answers and get what I'm looking for. I have a Clan WebSite as its posted above and Running PHPNuke. I have the normal Groups that were installed and this is what I would like to do. Make it so Loggin in Users can Add/Delete there own "User Album" but only Add to the other Albums, No Delete, Resize or anything. Then Guests only View. The User Permissions is very confusing to me if I could get some help with this it would be greatly appreciated. As with the PHPNuke integration pack there is problems and its not accessible except by the direct link of:
