Static Gallery Tools (feature suggestion)

There are many instances where I'd like to provide a separate, fixed gallery that is independent of the "gallery" album tree (ie: ebay auctions, etc.) for which I'd rather provide a separate gallery that's independent of the main album tree.

I know one can simply select the option that will not return back to the home directory page, but anyone with half-a-brain can bypass that. My point being that I may not want eBay buyers to "see" my personal stuff.

It would be useful to have a "tool" that would create a little static gallery (in a separate directory) based upon the input of several images. The features/functionality could be limited (ie: if you add a picture, you have to regenerate the gallery).

Has anyone thought of this?
