How give users access to original image?

When a viewer wants to print out one of the photos on my Gallery, I usually tell him not to have it printed from the image there because the resolution is not adequate (my uploaded images are 800x600). I'm actually puzzled how good a job these commercial online printing shops do from these small images.

I usually shoot at 2048x1536 and my digital files are usually around 1 meg in size. I reduce these to 800x600 and then upload those to my Gallery. A friend will often see it there and ask me to email them the original, which they then have printed. But now I have a friend who wants 20 images printed. How can I get him twenty 1-meg images?

What do other people do in this situation?

then either upload your high resolution images, a lot of users do that.
alternatively, use the checkout + email modules (codex.gallery2.org -> user contributions) and let your users order the photos from you (you'd receive an email for the orders and you'd manually do all yourself).
