Can't set properties on all nested albums in v1.5.1

My complete system info is below. Hi there. I'm running v1.5.1 on IIS6 and I'm trying to set properties to an album at the root level and propogate that to all it's nested albums. The changes go in for the root album, but none go in for any of the nested albums when I click the "Apple values to nested albums" checkbox. Any idea what I'm doing wrong and how I can fix this?
