User Albums: Find URL

I'm using "UserAlbums" module to provide a personal
album to my users in embedded mode (Drupal). What
I want is a link from my cms's member page or member
list directly to the users album.

Is it possible to get url to a user album
- by user's name OR
- by embedAPI user id ?
