The Admin Bar should be affected by bg color changes. Not set to one color by default

	It seems that the adminbox bgcolor is controlled by itself really. It takes no role in a custom bg color that a user might make for their own page. If a user wants to change the color of the background of their album, the adminbox should change as well. http://www.trueppc.com http://www.trueppc.com/gallery
