[PGTheme] stopping full size images dont work

From the gallery admin I stop full size images by selecting
"NO"Full size images viewable.........yet using the PG theme as defult (rest are uninstalled) I still see full size image ikon above the images & on mouse over to the image I see full size link flash movie.

I click on it & can see the fullsize images with no flash being used no right click disabled.

I need to stop the access to full size images, dont know if its PG theme specific problem or gallery 2 problem.

i guess in the matrix theme all works fine, right?
if so, i'll move the topic to a place where the author of the PG theme will find this topic.

I installed matrix theme & now I see a strange issue.
On the gallery main page the theme matrix shows when I click an album it shows the album in PG theme.

Are themes not global in change it seems there is an album level control, I cant find it .

there's a global theme setting in site admin -> themes.
if you change it in edit album -> album, it's a local override.
each album can have another theme.

Ok I tried what you suggested & made matrix as default through out the gallery & albums & item pages but now the image when seen medium size do not display as flash (they display as jpeg)

Right click disable is not an option with matrix & full size images still show even after I have selected NO from the admin. jpeg save tool bar appears in IE to save the medium size & full size images.

I want right click disabled, images to show as flash & full size not to display at all
or full size display but as flash & right click disabled.

How can I do it?
or is it some bug within the code which will be debugged at later stage.

in matrix, you'll always get the full-size link. unless you customize your theme.inc / templates.

Thanks for your reply then I guess its a PG theme isuue that full image is getting dispalyed, inspite of selecting NO.

Can you post a link to an example page on your site?

PG theme doesn't use any Flash that I know of. There is an option to "Show Photos fading in" which you might be mistaking for Flash.

As for options to view full size images, the theme only has two options to modify the way full size images are handled *if* the user is allowed to see them:

-Clicking on full size link will show the full size image on a POPUP Window (by default: Tradicional full size link)
- Show POPUP link even if the current view is the full size image

At least those are the only two options I see in the version I started with. If you don't want people to have access to the full size (original) image, then you can just remove that ability with the "Edit Permissions" for the albums. You'll bascially just remove the "[Core] View original version" permission for the group your trying to limit.

I am testing g2 on my locally installed server its not on the web yet.

You might me right about the flash isuue it seemed to me like its using flash to display the images.

On your suggestion I looked at PG theme options & uncheked "Show full size photo POPUP navigation pic " that did the job now it does not show pop up ikon nor does it pop up.

PG theme seems to act funny.

I uncheked "Show full size photo POPUP navigation pic " that did the job at that time then 2 days later I am working on the gallery its again displaying a full size link & poping up the window for full image but not displaying the full image.

I double checked taht my options are unchecked. What else could be wrong???
