keyboard usage

I uploaded a bunch of photos last days to my personal site, and am used to operate the software with the keyboard.
I was not able to find a way for changing focus between the "Pictures to Upload" list, and the "caption" Text Field without using mouse clicks.
My suggestion is to improve the "keyboard only" usage of the application.
The main "easy" switch I find best is between the two components just mentioned.
