Thanks to galmoid I solved my install issue, but I am having a few more issues. I have installed the Map theme according to the instructions. I have added a custom photo field for the album called GPS. I get the lat/lon info via the map module and I paste it into the custom gps field for each image. When I switch the album theme to map I get no errors, but also I get no markers or images from the album. I have the same Google Map API for the module so I assume it should be working with the theme (and I get no errors). It seems like the theme is not talking to Google maps. http://www.sealcovedesign.com/photo/gallery/v/ScenicFlights/ The only thing I can think of is could it be tied to EXIF? I had an old version and I updated to EXIF 1.0.1. After doing so I uninstalled and reinstalled both the map module and theme and I get no errors related to EXIF now. I seem to recall coming across a setting though were I deactivated EXIF (this was before upgrading) and I cant for the life of me find the menu where that was. I don’t mean that I deactivated the module, but I turned off EXIF data for the album or at some other level. Could this be the communication problem and if so can anyone point me to the menu that I might have been using? I also cant seem to get the album mao to open up zoomed to a particular area, but perhaps that is tied to the first problem. Thanks, Douglas (I promise I will get this sorted out!!!) I just noticed one other detail. When at the top level of Gallery if I click the "Show Google Map" option on the left side menu I get a map with all of my images markers showing. That only confuses me more!

For the benefit of others...
The custom field that must be created -must- be uppercase (ie: GPS).
Happy theme-ing.

Thanks again to Galmoid and I will now sit in the corner with my "Dunce Cap" on for 5 minutes.
